Production Associate, Video & MotionFull-time · Remote, Karachi

Bring short learning stories to life on screen. You'll turn scripts, voice tracks and illustrated characters into polished animated videos for young viewers and their families.

# what you'll do

  • Animate illustrated characters and scenes in 2D: expressions, lip-sync to voice tracks, simple camera moves
  • Edit episodes end to end, with voice, music, sound effects, captions and pacing that holds a young viewer's attention
  • Use AI video and voice tools to explore ideas and speed up production, then finish the work by hand
  • Cut each episode into versions for every platform, including vertical shorts
  • Keep project files and the asset library tidy, so each episode is faster to make than the last

# what you bring

  • 1–3 years of video editing or motion design, with a showreel
  • Confidence in After Effects and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • A good sense of timing: comic beats, music cues, pauses
  • Experience with tools like Runway, Kling or ElevenLabs, or real curiosity to learn them
  • Self-direction, reliability, and comfort with feedback and iteration

# nice to have

  • Character animation or rigging (Duik, Rubberhose, Character Animator)
  • Content made for children or education
  • Basic sound design

Own how our work looks and how it reaches people. You'll design thumbnails, scenes and pages in our house style, and run publishing across platforms.

# what you'll do

  • Design thumbnails, social posts, banners and simple illustrated scenes
  • Lay out illustrated books and printable activity sheets for print and digital
  • Use AI image tools to explore and draft, then refine everything so the look stays consistent
  • Publish and schedule content across video and social platforms, with titles, descriptions and captions
  • Track what performs and share a short weekly report with ideas to improve
  • Keep the brand library organised: logos, characters, colour and type rules

# what you bring

  • 1–3 years of graphic design, with a portfolio
  • Confidence in Figma and Illustrator or Photoshop, with a good eye for type and layout
  • Experience laying out multi-page documents in InDesign or similar
  • An understanding of what makes a thumbnail and title worth clicking, without clickbait
  • Clear written English

# nice to have

  • Children's book or education design
  • AI image tools such as Midjourney, Gemini or Firefly
  • Light motion for social, or small website updates
